Avoid GMO Foods!
What you eat today, you will wear tomorrow! If you consume a product that Mother Nature never intended, such as GMO foods, your body won't be able to digest nor assimilate it and therefore it will get stored in your fat tissues.
I would highly recommend to avoid most processed foods, unless it's labeled 100% Certified Organic, and also avoid GM foods that are not found in processed foods.
There are currently eight genetically modified food crops on the market:
1. Soy
2. Sugar from sugar beets
3. Corn
4. Hawaiian papaya
5. Cottonseed (used in vegetable cooking oils)
6. Some varieties of zucchini
7. Canola (canola oil)
